What we collect and why

When you request an audit, we receive what you enter: your business, website, when you want to start, your goal and your email address. We use it only to reply and prepare your audit (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

When you visit the site, our host Cloudflare processes your IP address to serve the page and block spam and attacks. To prevent form abuse we store a pseudonymised hash of your IP address with your submission (art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest).

We use no cookies and no tracking.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are deleted automatically from our database after 30 days. The email copy in our inbox is deleted when no longer needed, and no later than 12 months after our last contact unless we start working together. Delivery logs at our email service Postmark are deleted after up to 45 days.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database in the EU, spam protection), ActiveCampaign, LLC / Postmark (sending email, USA), Google Ireland Ltd. / Google Workspace (our inbox). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Email us and we reply within 30 days. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
